Terms and conditions

1.⁠ ⁠The check in is after 4:00 pm and check out before 10:00 am.

2.⁠ ⁠We sign car rental agreement at the time of check in.

3.⁠ ⁠The security deposit of 500€ is taken in cash at the time of check in and it will be returned at the time of check out, after checking the condition of the camper.

3a. If you prefer to pay the security deposit by bank transfer, you have to do it 1 week before check in or at the site by revolut.

3b.We do not accept checks.

4.You must have a driving license category B for at least 3 years and be over 21 years old.

4a. If you are younger than this or you have your driving licence less than that, ask us before booking if you can rent it, after that we may still be able to rent you a motorhome.

4b. Car has manual gearbox, to move around with our campervan, you must have daily experience with driving a manual car for at least 2 years before rental starts. If you can't drive manual or you don't have enough experience, you can use it only stationary.

4c. You must have a physical ID and driver's license with you (if you have electronic or any non-standard documents, ask us before booking).

5.It is not allowed to travel outside the country with our campervan, without our permission. If you want to cross the French border, ask us first.

5a. Total number of kilometers is unlimited.

6.At the time of return, the fuel level has to be the same as at the time of check in.

7.Not allowed:

•⁠ ⁠Driving under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, fast or recklesly, quickly on uneven terrain or over speed bumps

•⁠ ⁠Smoking and cooking inside the campervan

•⁠ ⁠Parking the campervan on sand, cliffs, over precipices, on steep slopes or in prohibited places

•⁠ ⁠Driving with the roof window open

•⁠ ⁠Plugging to the outlets devices that consume more than 1000W, for example: hair dryers, straighteners, irons, etc. (To the outlets you can plug devices that consume less than 1000W power, for example: smartphones, tablets, laptops, powerbanks, speakers, watches, razors.)

8.Always leave the vehicle in 1st gear and with the handbrake engaged while parked.

9.If any damage occurs to the camper during your trip, you are obliged to notify us immediately upon noticing it.

10.The car has basic insurance.

10a. The deposit will be retained in whole or in part only if the damage is your fault. If, for example, the damage to our car is caused by the fault of another car, the deposit will not be retained, under the condition you take the required information from the driver who caused the collision.

10b. It is extremely important to immediately prepare a note/accident report ("constat") and have it signed by the other party. It must include the car brand, model, registration number of both vehicles, personal information of both drivers (such as first name, last name, driver's license number, home address), other party's name of the insurance company and number of the insurance. It also must contain a description of the collision and information that the driver of another car admits to being responsible for the collison.

It is also advisable to take photos of the situation and cars immediately after the incident, without moving the vehicles.

Inform us immediately after the accident.

10c. If other damage occurs (caused by your fault), the cost of which is not specified in the contract, the entire security deposit will be withheld until a repair estimate is done. Once the repair cost is received from the car service, the remaining deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.

11.Our Service includes:

•⁠ ⁠Delivery and collection of the vehicle at our pick-up point.

•⁠ ⁠Roadside assistance if the vehicle breaks down due to normal wear and tear or a mechanical fault not caused by the Renter. We will either repair the vehicle or replace it with a similar one.

•⁠ ⁠If the breakdown or mechanical damage is caused by improper use or negligence by the Renter, assistance is still available, but an additional call-out fee will apply.

For example: If you discharge the car battery, we charge 50-250€ (depending on the distance) for getting to you and starting the car again. If you can handle it yourself, buy cables or ask someone to help you, then you do not pay. Remember to turn off the lights before turning off the engine and do not leave the keys in the ignition without the engine running.

12.Car has gps tracker for safety purposes.

13. A 50% booking deposit is required when placing the order. This deposit guarantees that the campervan in those dates is reserved for you and covers the costs of preparing and starting the order. If the customer cancels the order, the booking deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the seller. If the seller is unable to fulfill the rental service or provide a vehicle of a similar or higher standard, the booking deposit will be refunded to the customer in full.
