3. Purpose of Processing

• Handling enquiries and bookings, and concluding the campervan rental agreement.
• Contacting you about your booking (email, phone, WhatsApp).
• Sending marketing communications — only with your separate consent.
• Ensuring vehicle security (GPS tracker installed in campervans).

Processing is based on: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — e.g. newsletter, and legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)) — e.g. fleet security, handling legal claims.
